Your time has come.

Do you want to increase
your influence
and leadership skills
by becoming a better speaker?

If there is one skill
that will dramatically transform you,
your career, your income,
and your reputation,
it is the ability
to speak with clarity,
authenticity and confidence.

“The time has come,” the Walrus said,

“To talk of many things:

Of shoes—and ships—and sealing-wax—

Of cabbages—and kings—

And why the sea is boiling hot—

And whether pigs have wings.”

— Lewis Carroll, The Walrus and The Carpenter

“There are two types of speakers: Those who get nervous and those who are liars.”

— Mark Twain

“I have helped
executives and senior managers -
who are already on the top of their fields
but who lack the confidence for public speaking - discover that all they needed to change first
was their mindset.
The rest followed easily.

Speaking is a process;
it takes time.
But it is also a skill.
And because it is a skill,
it is something
that you can learn. ”

My first engagement with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) was with the Command and General Staff College (CGSC) in August 2017. I spoke to an auditorium filled with almost 150 officers set to become future generals and admirals of the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries.

Have you noticed?

With very few exceptions, those who become leaders,
those who get ahead, and
those who reach the pinnacle of success are,
almost always, excellent public speakers.

Would you want to develop that edge?

The ability to speak in front of an audience does not need to be a frightening experience. Step by step, I can guide you so that it later on becomes magical. You just need to make that all-important decision to want to become a better speaker NOW.”
