A Supreme Honor.

The Armed Forces of the Philippines’ Southern Command (SOCOM)
in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija, invited me to speak on Media Relations.
Before the lecture, they gave me the supreme honor of laying a wreath for fallen/departed soldiers, a ceremony usually reserved only
for the Commander-in-Chief
or the highest of dignitaries.
I will forever be grateful to SOCOM,
then headed by
Lt General RAMIRO A REY, AFP,
for this rare honor and privilege.
