I was the only female guest speaker at the 2019 national convention of the Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) called Convergence where I delivered two speeches. This is a snippet from the talk entitled, "Leadership in the Workplace," where I stressed that leaders need to lead from wherever they are. More speech samples may be found below and other pages.

I conducted a crisis comunications lecture at the Senior Leaders Forum of the Armed Forces (AFP) of the Philippines in Dec. 2019. The audience consisted of the top brass of the AFP - generals and commodores from the different services.

NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS
My Face on Digital Billboards
As early as 2016, I had this recurring dream that my face would grace billboards in EDSA, the main thoroughfare and the vein of transport life in the whole of Metro Manila.
I dismissed the dream, thinking it was such a wild card. Or I would jokingly tell myself that if it does happen, it will be for a cosmetic or beauty product touting anti-ageing for women in their late 40s.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would happen for real, but it did! And not for cosmetic purposes, pun intended.
The Philippines’ leading inspirational speaker, Mr. Francis Kong, handpicked me to join his roster of speakers at Inspire and launched me in a leadership conference in March of 2018.
For two months in the lead-up to the event, my face was flashing on digital billboards not only in EDSA, but also in C5, Greenhills and various parts of Makati and Manila.
My friends were over the moon. They would slow down to take photos and then send them to me. The picture on the left, blurred though it may be, was taken by a friend on C5. It is my only souvenir from that part of the metro and, so, please bear with me.
